Cancellation/Rescheduling by participant:

Since there is a limit to the number of attendees per class, refunds will only be given to students when a notice of cancellation has been received within 10 full calendar days (not including the class start date) before the class start date.  Students who have been confirmed for specific training sessions may reschedule, change registration information,  or cancel reservations by sending an email to info@cloudsecuritytraining.com or faxing to 703-373-4397.

NOTICE: If a student does not attend a scheduled session, there will be no refund or rescheduling.

The registered student has the responsibility to ensure they comply with the cancellation policy, including providing notice of any changes to the registration information.

Cancellation/Rescheduling by instructor:

The instructor reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled training class within 10 full calendar days (not including the class start date) to confirmed registered students.  Registered students may then enroll in the next available offering of the course, or cancel the registration. In the event of cancellation by  the instructor, any payment made for the canceled class will be refunded. The registered student understands and agrees that the instructor shall not, in any way, be held responsible for any costs, including loss of airfare or other transportation costs, hotel expenses or other damages, which the registered student may suffer in the event that the instructor cancels or reschedules a class.
